The Ultimate Homemade Pizza Recipe Book
One of the main reasons pizza has attained international status is its great flexibility. The freedom to mix and match toppings knows no bounds. Even though the pizza itself consists of the same basic circular design, it offers an incredible diverse choice of ingredients to put on that circular pizza dough. The following list is but a partial example of the exotic variety available to make pizza one of the world’s foremost choices in food:
- anchovies
- egg
- pineapple
- grilled lamb
- coconut
- sauerkraut
- eggplant
- couscous
- chicken
- fish
- shellfish
Just to name a few.
Meats can be done in such ethnic styles as Moroccan lamb, kebab or even chicken tikka masala, as well as non-traditional spices such as curry and Thai sweet chili. Pizzas even has the flexibility to be made without meat for vegetarians, or without cheese for vegans. There are even breakfast pizzas topped with ingredients such as scrambled eggs.
There are many pizza recipes from which to choose. You will find pizza dough recipes and pizza sauce recipes, as well as pizza to fit virtually everyone’s taste. Try the following recipes, sure to meet with universal appeal:
- Vegetarian Pizza
- Mexican Pizza
- California Pizza
- Cheese Pizza
- Mushroom Pizza
- Ham and Pineapple Pizza
- Dessert Pizza and more.
There is even a special diabetic recipe for pizza!
In this book, you will find "secrets of the trade" in how to make your own pizza. Once you know them, it is no longer hard to make your own pizza right in the comfort of your own home; and it takes very little time to do. In fact, after you've made a few, you'll wonder why you made such a fuss!
The more traditional way in preparing pizza is as an oven-baked, flat, usually circular bread covered with tomato sauce and cheese with toppings optional. The most common cheese used is mozzarella, although a mixture of several specialty cheeses can work as well. Add to this design toppings as desired, including some of the following:
* herbs and seasonings such as basil, oregano, and garlic
* vegetables such as bell peppers, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, olives, onions
* meat, seafood or fish products, sausage, (especially pepperoni or salami), ham, bacon, ground beef, anchovies and shrimp
Even though the crust is traditionally plain, it can also be seasoned with butter, garlic, or herbs. You can even make it stuffed with cheese! Although pizza is normally eaten hot from the oven, leftovers are often eaten cold.
If you are up against the clock, go ahead and order take-out or heat and eat a frozen pizza if you must, but why relegate that pizza to the status of a desperation meal? After all, making your own at home is really not that difficult or even all that time-consuming. With just a bit of careful planning of the toppings, you can have a balanced meal all in one simple package. And, since most kids love pizza, you can get your children involved in the process. Learn together about the background of pizza before delving into the pizza recipes.
Inside this eBook you will find just about every pizza recipe that exists. It also covers pizza doughs and pizza sauces. Be a hero with the family and start making homemade pizzas that will make take home pizzas pale by comparison!

The Cookie Jar - Cookies From Around the World
THE COOKIE JAR is the outgrowth of a hobby which began in my childhood and lasted through twenty years.
I loved the attic better than any room in the old house in the South where I was reared. Evidently my great-grandmother had the same fondness for it. She hoarded valuables in that attic. Her recipes, in a hand-written cook book, which I found in the attic, began my hobby for collecting formulas for small cakes. The interesting information she had written about the cakes was the inspiration for writing this book.
The collector’s demand for nothing but the authentic grew in me as the years passed. No formula went into my collection unless it was the best of its kind. Gradually I began looking to other lands to satisfy my desire for new and unusual recipes. I found them in out of the way places, in cottages, in manor houses, in castles. I present them to the housewives around the world, with the hope that they may find as much pleasure in using them as I have found in collecting them and writing this book.
This 175 page book was published in 1940. This book was originally published as: “Around the World Making Cookies“. It has a wonderful and tasty assortment of cookie recipes. This book has been scanned and converted into a digital electronic book (PDF eBook) which will be immediately delivered to your inbox after payment.

Cake Decorating: How to Be an Expert Cake Decorator
Trying to get icing on a cupcake is like trying to keep snow from melting in the oven. It is an impossibility. If this describes you, just ask yourself these questions:
1 - Don’t you wish you could decorate a cake for someone special on their birthday?
2 - Are you tired of buying bakery cakes and wishing you could do that yourself?
3 - Wouldn’t you like to make cakes that not only tasted good, but looked good too?
4 - How many times have you ended up with icing all over the place and the icing on the cookie or the cake still looked bad?
I don’t know about you, but it didn’t work so well for me either.
Then one day it hit me.
If I could compile everything I have found on the web and place at people’s fingertips, they will have an easier time finding that information than I did.
So that’s what I did. Now, I am on my way to being an expert cake decorator.
And, with “How to Be an Expert Cake Decorator” you can too.
Okay, now that you have decided to take a class, where do you start?
This is where my book comes in handy. It has schools listed in it, the classes they offer and what they cover in their classes.
Here is what you will learn inside “How to Be an Expert Cake Decorator”
* Where to find classes you can take!
* What these classes will teach you!
* Do I want to turn this into a business?
